Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2013 Barrington Concours d’Elegance. Vendor space is available at the Concours on Sunday, July 14, 2013.
The Barrington Concours d’Elegance is committed to a quality event with interesting assortment of vendors. Please read the information listed below. If you are accepted as a vendor, you will be expected to agree to and comply with all of the policies and procedures listed below.
Upon acceptance of your registration, you will receive a Registration Packet with your necessary load-in/load-out information, parking, and tickets to the event.
Vendor Application Deadline: June 15th, 2013
Hours of Operation: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Sunday, July 14, 2013
Tenting: All vendors will be housed within a 20′ x 80′ tent in a prominent position near the car displays.
Vendor Space: Each vendor will have a 10′ x 10′ space within the larger 20′ x 80′ tent for art/product display. Each vendor will be supplied with an 8- foot table and 2 chairs. Additional tables, chairs, or other display needs must be supplied by the vendor.
Signage: Professional quality individual vendor signs ONLY may be posted. No hand written signs allowed. The Concours will identify the Vendor Tent with appropriate signage.
Electricity: Electricity will be supplied to each vendor as needed.
Site Access: All vendors will have preassigned site access and a set-up time was well as tent space assignments. All vehicles must be loaded and unloaded at a preassigned time to be determined by the Barrington Concours.
Tear Down: No tear down is allowed prior to 5:00pm on Sunday, July 14, 2013.
Clean Up: Vendors are responsible for general clean-up of space. Garbage receptacles provided by the Barrington Concours will be removed by Groot.
Overnight Security: There will be no overnight security. All vendors must set up in the morning and tear down that evening.
Pets: No pets allowed.
Each vendor will receive two (2) complimentary General Admission Tickets to the Concours event (July 14) in your registration packet. Should you wish to upgrade to VIP tickets, which includes complimentary VIP lunch, access to VIP areas, and two drink tickets, you may purchase an upgrade for $50 per ticket.
Application, Fees, and Payment
Returning Vendors: We offer a discount to returning vendors with an “early registration” option by May 15th on the application form.
Payment: After you have completed your vendor application, you will be sent to PayPal to complete your registration and process your vendor fee. If you would like to pay by check, please call 847-391-4291 for instructions.
Insurance: All vendors need to provide proof of insurance prior to the event.
